Emergency Chocolate. It’s Swiss milk chocolate that my friend Carlo bought for me when he went to Singapore the other week. :) This bar of chocolate really has actually served as emergency chocolate for me, on one of those random nights that I decided to make a batch of smores… and realized that I was out of my favorite dark chocolate. (I only buy dark chocolate)
